4.3 KYC Verification. 90apiso requires Players to complete KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, SSS card, passport, or driver's licence) and a selfie. 90apiso reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 90apiso is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.5 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 90apiso customer support immediately via the live chat service so that appropriate security measures can be implemented without delay.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 90apiso platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to standard deposits or withdrawals.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 90apiso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya (PayMaya), major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Specific minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed within the Cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Restrictions. 90apiso does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed without notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification status. Where a Player has not completed KYC verification, withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. 7.1 All game outcomes on 90apiso's RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically independent and are not influenced by the platform, previous results, or the size of any wager.

9.2 Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. 12.1 The 90apiso platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90apiso excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 90apiso shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events, third-party provider failures, or telecommunications outages; or (e) any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
12.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes 90apiso's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 90apiso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of platform services.
14.1 90apiso reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material amendments that significantly affect Player rights will be communicated directly to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.
14.2 Your continued use of the 90apiso platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
